**Namakkal, Tamil Nadu –** In a tragic turn of events, a 38-year-old man, Prem Raj, was found dead on Wednesday morning, a day after his wife and two children were discovered deceased at their home in Namakkal. Police confirmed Prem Raj’s body was recovered from a railway track in Karur district.
Mohanapriya (35) and her children, Pranithi Raj (6) and Pranish Raj (2), were found dead at their residence in Pathi Nagar on Tuesday. A suicide note left by Prem Raj indicated he was taking his own life due to a ₹50 lakh loss from online gambling. The note led to a search for Prem Raj, culminating in the discovery of his body.
While the exact cause of death for all three family members awaits post-mortem reports, the incident has shocked the community. The bodies of Mohanapriya and her children have been released to their relatives.
