**Madurai, March 5, 2025** – The Department of Posts will hold a divisional-level Dak Adalat in Madurai on March 21st to address customer grievances. The event will take place at the office of the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Madurai Division, beginning at 11 a.m.
Postal customers with complaints are urged to submit them by 6 p.m. on March 14th. Complaints should include detailed information such as posting dates and times, sender and recipient addresses with phone numbers, and registration receipt numbers (for money orders, value payable post, registered, insured, and Speed Post articles). For savings schemes and postal life insurance complaints, account numbers, policy numbers, and depositor/insured addresses are required.
