The missiles, manufactured by Thales, will have a range exceeding 6km and can be deployed from land, sea, and air platforms. Prime Minister Starmer emphasized the deal’s importance in protecting Ukraine’s critical infrastructure and bolstering its position for a future peace settlement. This comes after Russia launched what Ukraine described as the largest drone attack since the war began three years ago, involving over 200 drones.
