Mon Feb 17 12:10:00 UTC 2025: ## Local Woman Arrested for OWI with Children in Car
**Eau Claire, WI** – A 35-year-old Alma Center woman was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence (OWI) with two underage passengers in her car. Rebecca Elyce Good was stopped by the Wisconsin State Patrol on I-94 eastbound near milepost 126 for speeding. A trooper observed signs of impairment and subsequent field sobriety tests confirmed Good was intoxicated.
Good was arrested and charged with her first OWI offense, with the added charge of having two children under the age of 16 in the vehicle at the time. The children were released to their father. Good was transported to a local hospital for a blood alcohol content test and later released to a responsible adult. The incident occurred near Altoona, WI.
