Mon Feb 17 01:00:00 UTC 2025: ## Country Queen and Pop Star Team Up for Revenge-Themed Duet
**Nashville, TN** – Sabrina Carpenter and Dolly Parton have released a country-tinged duet of Carpenter’s hit song “Please Please Please,” included in the deluxe edition of her album *Short n’ Sweet*, released Valentine’s Day. The collaboration features a newly-filmed music video that subtly references Carpenter’s past relationship with actor Barry Keoghan.
The original music video for “Please Please Please,” released in June 2024, depicted Carpenter and Keoghan enacting a dramatic storyline. The new video, filmed in Nashville, sees Carpenter and Parton on a road trip, culminating in the arrest of a man bound and gagged in the back of their truck – strikingly similar to Keoghan’s appearance in the original video. The duet also features a lyrical alteration, replacing a previously explicit line with a more toned-down version.
Carpenter expressed her honor at collaborating with Parton on Instagram, calling it a dream come true. Parton also shared the news on her social media. The deluxe edition of *Short n’ Sweet*, which originally topped global charts last August, also includes four new songs: “Busy Woman,” “15 Minutes,” “Couldn’t Make It Any Harder,” and “Bad Reviews.” The album previously spent three consecutive weeks at #1 on the Billboard 200.
