**KOCHI, February 16, 2025** – A team of 20 Indian Coast Guard cyclists will conclude a two-week, cross-country rally in Vizhinjam on February 23rd. The “Surakshit Tat” (Safe Coast) rally, launched on February 2nd in Daman, aimed to promote maritime safety, security, and national pride.
The cyclists traversed the western coastline, engaging with communities in Maharashtra, Goa, and Karnataka. Their journey through Kerala will include stops in Beypore, Thalikulam, Kochi, and Panmana before the final destination. The event is part of the 2025 Coast Guard Week celebrations.
