**Bengaluru, February 16, 2025** – The two-day “The Hindu – Living Spaces – 2025” property exhibition opened to a large turnout on Saturday at Palace Grounds in Bengaluru. Over 200 projects from prestigious developers, along with financial institutions and home furnishing businesses, filled the expo, attracting approximately 1,000 prospective buyers on its first day.

The exhibition highlights a growing trend toward sustainable and smart home designs, with many developers showcasing eco-friendly projects and technology-integrated solutions such as AI-based security systems and energy-efficient features. N.
