Starting as a food truck serving “Brooklyn-style” cuisine, MoMo Bros. is expanding to a brick-and-mortar location, offering a menu of gourmet-style quick meals. Expect items like oxtail mac and cheese, jerk chicken mac and cheese, loaded fries, salads, and hot and cold sandwiches, with vegan options available. Co-founder Ethan Drakes emphasizes the focus on fresh, fast, and easy meals.
