**Mumbai, India –** Ranveer Allahbadia, a prominent YouTuber and podcaster with over 16 million followers, issued a second apology on Saturday for controversial remarks he made about parents during a comedy show appearance. The apology follows a police investigation and a surge in death threats against Allahbadia and his family.

Allahbadia’s initial comments, made at Samay Raina’s comedy show “India’s Got Latent,” sparked widespread outrage and led to multiple police complaints. Despite his first apology, the controversy escalated, prompting him to seek further recourse.

In his latest statement on X (formerly Twitter), Allahbadia reiterated his remorse, stating his comments were “insensitive and disrespectful.” He also revealed he and his team are fully cooperating with authorities and is seeking legal action against the threats. He added that his family has also been targeted. The YouTuber expressed fear for his safety and his family’s well-being, but vowed to not flee, emphasizing his faith in India’s judicial system.

Meanwhile, Samay Raina, the host of the comedy show, has removed all episodes from YouTube, citing the overwhelming negative response. However, Raina also stated his willingness to cooperate with the ongoing investigation. The Mumbai Police have already recorded statements from seven individuals related to the incident. Allahbadia is also reportedly taking the matter to the Supreme Court.
