**DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (February 12, 2025)** – Popular YouTuber Garrett Mitchell, better known as “Cleetus McFarland” to his 4.07 million subscribers, will trade his camera for a steering wheel this weekend, making his ARCA Menards Series debut in the Chili’s Ride the ‘Dente 200 at Daytona International Speedway.
McFarland, with the guidance of former NASCAR Cup Series champion Greg Biffle, will drive the Rette Jones Racing No. 30 Ford Mustang. He successfully completed ARCA preseason testing, earning his superspeedway license and impressing the team with his quick adaptation to stock car racing.
“This is surreal,” said McFarland. “I’m incredibly blessed to have this opportunity.”
McFarland is sponsored by Kenetik, a ketone-based energy drink. Rette Jones Racing co-owner Mark Rette expressed confidence in McFarland’s abilities, noting his attentiveness and quick learning during testing. Biffle will serve as an advisor for McFarland’s debut.
The Chili’s Ride the ‘Dente 200 (80 laps, 200 miles) is the first race of the 2025 ARCA Menards Series season and will be televised live on FOX. The race begins Saturday afternoon at approximately 12:00 p.m. ET. Additional ARCA races for McFarland are pending.
