Thu Feb 13 07:30:26 UTC 2025: ## RSS Unveils New Delhi Headquarters After Eight-Year, ₹150 Crore Redevelopment

**New Delhi, February 13, 2025** – The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has officially moved into its newly rebuilt headquarters in Jhandewalan, New Delhi. The sprawling five-lakh sq ft complex, built over 3.75 acres, comprises three 13-storey towers and houses approximately 300 rooms and offices. The project, funded by contributions from over 75,000 individuals, cost nearly ₹150 crore and took eight years to complete, facing delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The new Keshav Kunj features modern amenities alongside traditional architectural elements, designed by Gujarat-based architect Anup Dave. The three towers, named Sadhna, Prerna, and Archna, include a large auditorium named after Ashok Singhal, a prominent VHP figure. The complex also boasts a library, health clinic (open to the public), a sewage treatment plant, and solar power facilities. RSS-affiliated publications *Panchjanya* and *Organiser*, along with Suruchi Prakashan, will also operate from the new premises.

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat and general secretary Dattatreya Hosabale will attend a Delhi unit function on February 19th to mark the occasion. The organization’s annual Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha, its highest decision-making body, will be held in Bengaluru from March 21st to 23rd. This meeting, attended by approximately 1,500 senior RSS and affiliated organization members, along with senior BJP leaders, will discuss key issues and set the Sangh’s agenda. The RSS had been operating from rented premises since 2016 due to the redevelopment project.
