**DHARMAPURI, Tamil Nadu – February 13, 2025** – A mathematics teacher at a government higher secondary school in Dharmapuri has been arrested and remanded under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. The arrest follows complaints from over ten female students alleging sexual harassment.
According to school officials, the complaints were submitted via the school’s complaint box. The allegations included inappropriate behavior and instances of the teacher flicking chalk pieces at the girls.
