**Mumbai, February 12, 2025** – Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut has leveled accusations against veteran social activist Anna Hazare, claiming he remained silent on alleged irregularities under BJP-led governments since 2014. Raut’s comments, made on Tuesday, follow Hazare’s recent assertion that the Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) defeat in the Delhi assembly elections stemmed from Arvind Kejriwal’s focus on money.

Raut alleged that Hazare’s prominence was largely due to the AAP, stating, “Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia made Anna a mahatma. Without them, Anna couldn’t have seen Delhi or visit Ram Leela and Jantar Mantar.” He further criticized Hazare for not speaking out against alleged widespread irregularities under BJP rule in both the central and Maharashtra state governments after 2014.

Hazare responded by stating that individuals interpret events based on their own perspectives, suggesting Raut’s criticism was biased.
