**Ahmedabad, Gujarat, February 10, 2025** – An international flight arriving at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport in Ahmedabad triggered a security scare this morning after a bomb threat letter was discovered onboard. The Jeddah-Ahmedabad flight landed without incident, and all passengers disembarked safely.
According to Joint Commissioner of Police Sharad Singhal, the threat note was found under a seat by cleaning staff after the passengers had left the aircraft. Local police, the Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad (BDDS), and other security agencies immediately launched a thorough search of the plane. No suspicious items have been found thus far.
Forensic experts have been called in to analyze fingerprints and handwriting samples from passengers in an effort to identify the author of the threatening note. The investigation is ongoing.
