**CHENNAI, February 1, 2025** – Several scholarship and grant opportunities have been announced for Indian students at various educational levels. These opportunities span undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral studies, covering diverse fields from the arts to science.

The French government is offering a scholarship to Indian nationals and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) cardholders under 23 who are beginning Bachelor’s degree programs in France starting September 1, 2025. Successful applicants will receive €860 and additional benefits. Applicants must have completed secondary school in India and never studied in France previously.

For those in the arts or heritage conservation, the Charles Wallace India Trust (CWIT) is offering short research grants to Indian citizens aged 25-45. Applicants must have completed a postgraduate degree with at least four years of research experience or be in the final stages of their doctoral studies and be proficient in English.

The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment is providing post-matriculation scholarships to OBC students domiciled in Delhi. Eligible students must be enrolled in a government-recognized institution, maintain at least 75% attendance, and have a family income not exceeding ₹250,000 annually. The scholarship covers up to ₹10,000 in tuition fees and provides an annual academic allowance of up to ₹10,000.
