**Mumbai, India –** Ola Electric has unveiled its highly anticipated Gen 3 portfolio of electric scooters, boasting improved performance and a range of price points to suit various budgets. The lineup, starting at ₹79,999 for the entry-level S1 X (2kWh), extends to a flagship S1 Pro+ 5.3kWh model priced at ₹1,69,999 (introductory prices).

The new range features several models with varying battery capacities and specifications, including the S1 Pro with 3kWh and 4kWh battery options, and the S1 X available in 2kWh, 3kWh, and 4kWh variants. A notable addition is the S1 Pro+, powered by the advanced 4680 Bharat Cell.

Ola Electric also announced continued discounts of up to ₹35,000 on its Gen 2 scooters. Deliveries of the Gen 3 scooters are slated to begin in mid-February, alongside the beta launch of MoveOS 5, a software update introducing features like a smartwatch app, road trip mode, and live location sharing.

This launch follows the November 2024 introduction of the S1 Z and Gig models targeted at gig workers and budget-conscious buyers, and an expansion of Ola’s service centers to 4,000 nationwide. The company’s strong performance is reflected in January’s registration figures, showing a 65% month-on-month growth with 22,656 units registered, according to Vahan data. The positive market response is further evidenced by a significant 11.88% increase in Ola Electric’s share price on the BSE, closing at ₹74.79. Ola Electric Chairman and Managing Director, Bhavish Aggarwal, stated that Gen 3 represents a significant advancement in the EV two-wheeler industry, setting new benchmarks for performance and efficiency.
