**Narayanapur, Telangana:** Telangana Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy criticized the previous government for its alleged negligence in managing ration cards. Speaking at a Gram Sabha in Narayanapur, Karimnagar district, Reddy announced the government’s plan to issue new ration cards, benefiting an estimated 40 lakh people. He also confirmed the introduction of fine rice distribution in ration shops.

Reddy further detailed the government’s commitment to farmers, promising an annual payment of ₹12,000 per acre for cultivable land and financial assistance for landless agricultural laborers.
