Wed Jan 22 18:35:52 IST 2025: ## JEE Main 2025 Exam Rescheduled for 114 Candidates Due to Technical Glitches

**Bengaluru, January 23, 2025** – The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced today that the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 Session I exam has been rescheduled for 114 candidates due to technical issues at an examination center in Bengaluru. The affected candidates were scheduled to take the exam on January 22nd but experienced disruptions at the eTalent examination center (TC code-40086).

The NTA will now conduct the rescheduled exam for these 114 candidates on January 28th and 29th, 2025. New admit cards will be issued to the affected candidates.

The JEE Main exam consists of two papers: Paper 1 for BE/B.Tech admissions and Paper 2 for B.Arch and B.Planning courses. Paper 1 is a computer-based test (CBT), while Paper 2 includes both CBT and offline components (drawing test for B.Arch). The exam is offered in 13 languages, reflecting the National Education Policy’s emphasis on inclusivity.

The NTA reminded candidates of the importance of adhering to exam rules and regulations. Any candidate found engaging in unfair means will face disciplinary action, including the filing of an Unfair Means (U.F.M.) case.
