**Kozhikode, Kerala, January 23, 2025** – A heritage walk titled “Zamorin’s Trail: Exploring Kozhikode’s Glorious Heritage” took place in Kozhikode on Sunday, highlighting the city’s rich cultural past. Organized by the InterGlobe Foundation, IndiGo Reach, and Sahapedia as part of the “My City My Heritage” campaign, the walk attracted a diverse group of participants, including government officials, media representatives, and IndiGo and InterGlobe Foundation executives.
The walk, curated by heritage practitioner Sruthin Lal, traversed several significant landmarks, including the Tali Mahedava Temple, Palayam, S.M. Street, Kuttichira, Gujarati Street, and Valiyangadi. The “My City My Heritage” initiative aims to raise awareness and encourage preservation of India’s tangible and intangible heritage through community engagement and partnerships. Similar heritage walks have already been conducted in Prayagraj, Bhubaneswar, Shillong, Nashik, and Hyderabad.
