**Mumbai, January 20, 2025** – Stallion India Fluorochemicals’ initial public offering (IPO) concluded today, significantly oversubscribed at 60.78 times. The IPO, aiming to raise ₹199.45 crore, saw bids for 94,28,88,870 shares against the 1,55,12,978 shares on offer. Retail investors alone oversubscribed their portion by 48.25 times, while non-institutional investors showed overwhelming interest with a 170.36 times oversubscription.

The company, a supplier of refrigerants and industrial gases, operates four facilities and serves diverse sectors including air conditioning, firefighting, and semiconductor manufacturing. The IPO included a fresh issue of ₹160.73 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) by the promoter. Proceeds will fund capital expenditures at facilities in Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh, as well as working capital needs.

The IPO’s strong performance follows an anchor investor book that garnered ₹59.83 crore on January 15th. Analysts cite the company’s strong market position and financial performance as contributing factors to the high demand. While the grey market premium (GMP) currently indicates a potential listing price significantly above the IPO price, investors are cautioned to exercise due diligence before making investment decisions. Sarthi Capital Advisors Private Ltd acted as the lead manager for the IPO.
