Sat Jan 18 17:16:27 UTC 2025: ## Three-Year-Old Raped in Uttar Pradesh; Neighbor and Friend Arrested
**Banda, Uttar Pradesh –** A three-year-old girl was allegedly raped at her neighbor’s house in Banda district, Uttar Pradesh, police reported. The child’s mother stated that the girl was lured away with candy and chips before the assault. Upon returning home, the child complained of pain and was found to be bleeding heavily.
The mother immediately took the child to the police station, and subsequently to a hospital for treatment. Police have arrested the neighbor and her male friend, based on the mother’s complaint. A case has been filed against both individuals.
The three-year-old is currently undergoing treatment and is reported to be in stable condition. The investigation is ongoing.
