**MUMBAI, INDIA** – Aman Jaiswal, a 23-year-old actor known for his role in the television series *Dhartiputra Nandini*, died Friday following a motorcycle accident in Mumbai. Jaiswal was struck by a truck on the Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road and succumbed to his injuries at Cama Hospital.

Police have registered a case of rash and negligent driving against the truck driver and are investigating the incident.

Jaiswal’s death has sent shockwaves through the television industry.
