**Mumbai, India –** Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan was seriously injured in a knife attack at his Mumbai home early Thursday morning. According to police reports based on a statement by the family’s nanny, Eliyama Philip, an intruder entered the apartment and confronted her around 2:00 am.
Philip, who has worked for the family for four years, recounted how she awoke to find a man approaching the sleeping child, Jeh. She intervened, prompting a struggle during which the attacker, described as a thin, short man around 40 years old, stabbed her wrist.
