**Mumbai, India** – Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan is recovering well after undergoing surgery following a stabbing incident at his home on Thursday, January 16th. Doctors at Lilavati Hospital released a health bulletin stating that a 2.5-inch blade was successfully removed from his spine. While Khan sustained six knife wounds, the injury to his spine and neck were the most severe.
The hospital reported that surgery was performed to address the spinal and neck injuries, along with plastic surgery for wounds on his hand and neck. Khan is now out of danger and his condition is improving, according to the hospital. The attacker reportedly broke into Khan’s home in the early hours of the morning.
