**Warsaw, Poland –** Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk issued a stark warning on Wednesday, accusing Russia of plotting widespread acts of sabotage globally, including attacks targeting international airlines. Speaking alongside Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Warsaw, Tusk stated that Russia planned “acts of air terror” against airlines worldwide, though he declined to provide specifics.

This accusation follows previous Western claims, which the Kremlin has consistently denied, alleging Russian intelligence involvement in incidents such as incendiary devices found on cargo planes destined for North America. These devices caused fires at a German courier hub and an English warehouse last year.

The Polish government, a strong supporter of Ukraine, views these alleged acts as part of a broader “hybrid war” waged by Russia and its ally Belarus against Poland and other Western nations in retaliation for their support of Ukraine. This alleged campaign also includes a manufactured migration crisis on the EU’s eastern border, aimed at destabilizing the bloc.
