**Mangaluru, January 16, 2025** – Mangaluru City Police have issued a traffic advisory in anticipation of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s visit to the city on Friday. Commuters are urged to avoid several key roads due to planned closures to accommodate the Chief Minister’s convoy.

The affected areas include roads leading to Mangaluru International Airport (MIA), Town Hall, and Mangala Stadium. Specific timeframes for road closures have been announced:

* **MIA & Convoy Route:** Motorists are advised to reach the airport early and avoid the stretch between MIA and the city center between 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., and again between 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
* **Town Hall:** Roads leading to Town Hall will be closed from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
* **Mangala Stadium:** Roads leading to Mangala Stadium will be closed from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Alternate routes are recommended.
