**Baltimore, MD – January 15, 2025** – The FBI has renewed its appeal for information leading to the arrest of Bhadreshkumar Chetanbhai Patel, a 34-year-old Indian national and one of the agency’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives. Patel is wanted for the brutal murder of his wife, Palak, in April 2015, at a Dunkin’ Donuts in Hanover, Maryland.

The FBI released a statement on X, reiterating that Patel is considered armed and extremely dangerous. A $250,000 reward is being offered for information leading to his capture.

The 2015 murder occurred during a night shift. Security footage shows Patel and his wife entering the kitchen area before Patel emerges alone. Palak Patel was found suffering from multiple stab wounds. Patel was subsequently charged with first-degree murder, second-degree murder, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and use of a dangerous weapon with intent to injure. An arrest warrant was issued in April 2015, but Patel fled before he could be apprehended.

Special Agent in Charge Gordon B. Johnson of the FBI’s Baltimore Field Office previously stated that the “extremely violent nature” of the crime warranted Patel’s inclusion on the Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. The FBI remains committed to apprehending Patel and bringing him to justice. Anyone with information is urged to contact the FBI.
