NEW YORK – Fox News Channel is undergoing a significant programming overhaul, announced CEO Suzanne Scott on Monday. The most notable change sees Will Cain, co-host of *Fox & Friends Weekend*, taking over the 4 p.m. ET weekday slot with his own show, *The Will Cain Show*, debuting January 21st. Cain, a lawyer and broadcaster, will offer analysis and interviews across politics, business, culture, and sports. His podcast will also simulcast on Fox News Digital.
Filling Cain’s *Fox & Friends Weekend* spot will be Fox News contributor Charlie Hurt, starting January 18th. Hurt will join Rachel Campos-Duffy and will step down as opinion editor of *The Washington Times*.
The network is also expanding *The Fox Report* and *The Big Weekend Show* to two hours each on weekends. On Fox Business Network, Dagen McDowell will join *The Big Money Show*, expanding its weekday run to 12-2 p.m. ET starting January 27th, while maintaining her role on *The Bottom Line*.
Scott cited the evolving media landscape as the impetus for the changes, stating confidence in the new lineup’s ability to position Fox News Media for future success. Cain expressed his enthusiasm for the new weekday role, highlighting his experience and desire to provide viewers with insightful analysis.
