**Rajkot, India** – India Women secured a resounding victory over Ireland Women in the second ODI of their three-match series on Sunday at the Niranjan Shah Stadium in Rajkot. India, winning the toss and electing to bat first, posted a mammoth 370/5, their highest ever Women’s ODI total. This dominant display was largely thanks to Jemimah Rodrigues’ maiden ODI century (102 runs off 91 balls) and a powerful 89 from Harleen Deol. Their 100-run partnership formed the backbone of India’s innings. Richa Ghosh also contributed a quick-fire 10 runs before being dismissed.

Ireland’s chase was hampered from the start. Despite a fighting half-century from Christina Coulter-Reilly (50*), who anchored the innings, Ireland’s chase faltered, ultimately falling short of the challenging target. The Irish batting line-up struggled against India’s consistent bowling attack, with wickets falling at regular intervals.
