**COLUMBIA, S.C.** – No. 5 Alabama dominated South Carolina Wednesday night, securing an 88-68 victory and extending their winning streak to seven games. Guard Mark Sears led the Crimson Tide with 22 points, including four of six from three-point range, contributing significantly to Alabama’s commanding performance.

Sears, who achieved a significant career milestone by joining an elite group of Alabama players with over 1,500 points, 200 three-pointers, and 300 assists, emphasized the need for consistent effort in the SEC. “We have to bring our best every night,” Sears stated, highlighting the competitive nature of the conference.

Aden Holloway added 13 points for Alabama (13-2, 2-0 SEC), while Clifford Omoruyi contributed 10 points and five rebounds.
