**Mumbai, India** – Punjab Kings (PBKS), owned by Preity Zinta, will reveal their new captain in an unconventional manner on January 12th during an episode of Bigg Boss 18. Bollywood superstar Salman Khan will make the announcement.
A recently released promo shows Khan alongside Shreyas Iyer, Yuzvendra Chahal, and Shashikanth Singh, hinting at the upcoming reveal. While the franchise hasn’t officially confirmed, speculation is high that Shreyas Iyer, who led Kolkata Knight Riders to IPL victory in 2023, will be named captain.
