**VISAKHAPATNAM, January 10, 2025** – Several train services originating from or terminating at Visakhapatnam Junction will be cancelled on January 11th and 12th to accommodate essential track maintenance. The South Coast Railway will be conducting Non-Interlock works to commission an automatic section between Regupalem and Narasingapalli in the Vijayawada division.
According to Senior Divisional Commercial Manager K. Saandeep, the following trains will be cancelled on January 11th: 17267 Kakinada-Visakhapatnam Express, 17268 Visakhapatnam-Kakinada Express, 08565 Visakhapatnam-Parvatipuram Special Express, 08566 Parvatipuram-Visakhapatnam Special Express, and 17239 Guntur-Visakhapatnam Simhadri Express. Additionally, train number 17240 Visakhapatnam-Guntur Simhadri Express, scheduled to depart on January 12th, will also be cancelled. Passengers are advised to check with the railway authorities for updates and alternative travel arrangements.
