**Mumbai, India –** Mahindra has announced a phased rollout of test drives and bookings for its highly anticipated electric vehicles, the XUV.e9 and BE.06. Following the recent price reveals for both entry-level and top-end variants, the automaker is allowing customers to register their interest starting January 7th.
Test drives will begin in a three-phase approach. Phase 1 (January 14th) covers six major cities: Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, and Hyderabad. Phase 2 (January 24th) expands to include Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Cochin, Coimbatore, Goa, Howrah, Indore, Jaipur, Jalandhar, Kolkata, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Surat, Vadodara, Chandigarh, and Trichy. Finally, a nationwide rollout of test drives commences on February 7th (Phase 3).
Bookings for the 79kWh versions of both the XUV.e9 and BE.06 will open on February 14th. Mahindra aims to begin deliveries of the first batch in early March. Pricing for the models ranges from approximately ₹20-26 Lakh for the BE.06 to ₹60-70 Lakh for the XUV.e9, although exact pricing varies depending on the model and trim.
