**New Delhi, January 8, 2025** – OnePlus India announced a significant initiative today, offering a free replacement for its newly launched OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R smartphones within the first 180 days of purchase. This applies to devices bought before February 13th, 2025, and covers all hardware components, including the screen, back cover, battery, and motherboard. The initiative is part of OnePlus’s ₹6,000 crore Project Starlight, aimed at improving product durability and service in India.
The free replacement program is designed to ensure a worry-free experience for customers, bypassing the need for repairs in the event of a hardware malfunction. Customers can visit authorized service centers to verify eligibility.
After February 13th, the premium replacement service will be available through an optional paid protection plan priced at ₹2,599 for the OnePlus 13 and ₹2,299 for the OnePlus 13R, extending coverage for an additional three months.
“This reflects our confidence in the reliability of our products and our ongoing care for users,” said Robin Liu, CEO of OnePlus India. The OnePlus 13 and 13R, launched on January 7th, feature Qualcomm processors and OxygenOS 15.
