**CHENNAI, January 8, 2025** – A speeding two-wheeler collision in Thiruvalangadu near Tiruvallur resulted in the death of both the driver and a pedestrian on Monday. According to Thiruvalangadu police, the accident occurred when D. Shyam Kumar, operating a two-wheeler, struck R. Kumar, a daily wage laborer from Cuddalore district. Both Kumar and Shyam died at the scene. A passenger, C. Gunasekaran, sustained minor injuries. The bodies have been sent for post-mortem, and the police are investigating the incident.
