**New Delhi, India** – OnePlus has announced a new customer service initiative in India, offering a free 180-day replacement plan for its OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R devices. Customers who purchase either phone between January 10th and February 13th, 2025, will be eligible for a single free replacement within the 180-day period for any hardware malfunction.
The replacement covers a wide range of hardware components, including the screen, back cover, battery, and motherboard. To claim the replacement, customers must visit an authorized OnePlus service center.
After February 13th, 2025, the replacement plan will be available as a paid add-on, costing ₹2599 for the OnePlus 13 and ₹2299 for the OnePlus 13R.
The OnePlus 13 will go on sale January 10th, 2025, and the OnePlus 13R 5G will be available starting January 13th, 2025. Pricing for the OnePlus 13 starts at ₹69,999, while the OnePlus 13R starts at ₹42,999. Various RAM and storage configurations are available for both models.
