Tue Jan 07 23:50:00 UTC 2025: ## Bryce James, Son of LeBron, Commits to Arizona Wildcats

**Tucson, AZ –** Bryce James, the younger son of NBA superstar LeBron James, has announced his commitment to the University of Arizona Wildcats men’s basketball team for the 2025 season. The four-star prospect, who plays for Sierra Canyon High School in California, made the announcement on Instagram, stating he is “100% committed.”

James, who also held offers from Ohio State and Duquesne, chose Arizona after an unofficial visit. While his high school statistics show averages of 6.9 points and 2.2 rebounds in AAU play, his highlights showcase a promising talent, including a 21-point performance with six rebounds in one game. He also participated in USA Basketball’s under-17 national team training camp.

The commitment adds to Arizona’s growing 2025 class, which already includes top-25 prospect Dwayne Aristode. Coach Tommy Lloyd is still pursuing several other high-profile recruits for the class.

This news comes as James’ older brother, Bronny, recently completed his freshman season at USC before being drafted by the Los Angeles Lakers. Bronny’s journey was marked by a cardiac arrest incident last summer, highlighting the athletic family’s resilience. Bryce’s choice of Arizona marks another chapter in the James family’s basketball legacy.
