**Frederick, MD (October 26, 2023)** – The City of Frederick is declaring a snow emergency in anticipation of inclement weather. All City offices, Parks and Recreation facilities, the Food Bank, and the Health Center will be closed on Monday, January 6th.
Residents are urged to remove vehicles from designated Snow Emergency Routes by 10 p.m. on Sunday, January 5th. Free parking will be available in City garages beginning at 8 p.m. Sunday, but vehicles must be moved by 8 a.m. on Tuesday, January 7th.
