NEW ORLEANS, LA – Las Vegas Raiders tight end Brock Bowers set a new NFL rookie record for receptions last Sunday with an impressive 108 catches in a victory against the Saints. However, his record was short-lived. Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers snatched the title just hours later, recording 109 receptions in a game against the Philadelphia Eagles. The record, however, may again soon belong to Bowers. He needs only two more receptions to reclaim the title and, hopefully for him, hold it for the rest of the season.
