**Lehighton, PA** – The Carbon County Coroner’s office is appealing to the public for help in locating the family of Joseph M. Bozza, 78, who was found deceased in his South First Street apartment last Thursday. Coroner Mark K. Smith has been unable to locate any next of kin.
