**Seattle, WA** – The Edmonton Oilers will see the return of veteran center Derek Ryan for their four-game road trip, beginning Saturday night against the Seattle Kraken at Climate Pledge Arena. Head Coach Jay Woodcroft confirmed Ryan will replace Corey Perry, who will be a healthy scratch.
Ryan, a Spokane native, will be playing in his home state. He’ll center the fourth line, flanked by Jeff Skinner and Kasperi Kapanen. This season, Ryan has tallied one goal and three assists in 31 games. He’s been sidelined for the Oilers’ last two games.
In net for Edmonton will be Calvin Pickard, making his 14th start of the season. Pickard will be looking to rebound after a recent four-game winning streak was snapped.
