Vijaynagaram, India – Karn Nair has shattered a world record in List-A cricket, scoring an unbeaten 542 runs in the Vijay Hazare Trophy. Playing for Vidarbha against Uttar Pradesh, Nair surpassed the previous record of 527 runs held by New Zealand’s James Franklin. This is Nair’s third consecutive century in the tournament. His incredible innings helped Vidarbha secure an eight-wicket victory over Uttar Pradesh, who had earlier posted 307/8.
