**Chennai, January 3, 2025** – A 52-year-old woman died and her son was injured in a road accident in Kundrathur, Chennai on Wednesday. M. Singari and her 24-year-old son, Sivaraman, were returning home on their motorcycle after grocery shopping when a cow, reportedly startled by a vehicle horn, ran into them. The impact threw both victims from the motorcycle. Singari succumbed to her injuries, while Sivaraman sustained injuries. Police have registered a case and are investigating. The body has been sent for a post-mortem examination.
