Bahadurgarh, Haryana: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini attended the 193rd birth anniversary celebrations of Savitribai Phule in Bahadurgarh, pledging the BJP government’s commitment to fulfilling her vision. He emphasized the state’s dedication to eradicating female foeticide, ensuring no girl child is aborted.
Saini lauded Phule’s life-long dedication to women’s education, calling her an inspiration. He also congratulated recently awarded sportspersons, praising their contribution to national pride.
The Chief Minister appealed to residents of Bahadurgarh to campaign for BJP candidates in the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections. Furthermore, he announced a ₹5 crore allocation for Bahadurgarh’s development and the renaming of the government women’s college there to Mata Savitribai Phule College.
