**Vijayawada, January 2, 2025** – Andhra Pradesh Health Minister Y. Satya Kumar Yadav has called on medical professionals in both public and private sectors to recommit to providing humane and improved healthcare services. In an open letter released on New Year’s Day, the Minister addressed concerns regarding the quality of care in the state.

The letter highlighted issues within government hospitals, including reports of poor doctor attitudes, insufficient staffing during designated hours, and underutilization of senior doctors and specialists.
