**Hyderabad, January 2, 2025** – Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy issued a call for reform within the Congress party, urging MPs, MLAs, and other leaders to embrace change alongside him. He announced a renewed focus on party leaders, stating that he will dedicate more time to them and is closely monitoring their performance. Reddy revealed that he possesses performance reports for all party representatives, indicating that those who fail to deliver will face consequences.
This renewed focus comes ahead of upcoming local body elections, which Reddy is confident the Congress party will “clean sweep.” He emphasized the importance of teamwork, calling for MLAs, MPs, MLCs, and corporation chairmen to work together as pillars of support, ensuring victory for party candidates.
Reddy clarified that only those who have dedicated themselves to the party for at least ten years will receive preference in ticket allocation for the local elections. He assured that those who don’t get tickets due to local circumstances will be accommodated in nominated posts at the district level. Reddy further highlighted his administration’s achievements over the past year, while acknowledging and addressing past mistakes.
