**TRENTON, NJ** – A New Jersey resident is $2 million richer after a Powerball ticket purchased in the state matched all five white balls in Wednesday’s Christmas Day drawing. While no one won the $124 million jackpot, the New Jersey ticket holder’s purchase of the Power Play option doubled their prize. This marks the second $2 million Powerball win in the state in under a week; another ticket, sold at Lucky 7 Deli and Food Mart in Nutley, also matched five numbers in Saturday’s drawing.
The winning numbers for Wednesday’s drawing were 15, 26, 27, 30, and 35, with a Powerball of 3. The location of the winning ticket will be announced later today by New Jersey lottery officials.
