**Los Angeles, CA** – Actress Blake Lively has filed an 80-page complaint accusing “It Ends With Us” director Justin Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios CEO Jamey Heath of repeated sexual harassment and misconduct on the set of the film. The complaint details numerous disturbing allegations, including lewd comments, exposure to nude images, discussions of pornography addiction, and unwanted physical contact.
Lively’s complaint alleges that Baldoni and Heath made sexually inappropriate jokes and comments, described Lively’s genitalia, and discussed their personal sexual experiences with her and crew members. Baldoni is further accused of contacting Lively’s trainer to inquire about her weight, attempting to discuss her religious beliefs, and improvising kissing scenes that went beyond the script, including biting and sucking her lip without consent. The complaint also states that Baldoni allegedly claimed to speak to Lively’s deceased father on set.
Other shocking allegations include Baldoni and Heath entering Lively’s trailer uninvited while she was breastfeeding and undressed, respectively. The complaint also alleges that Lively and her infant were exposed to COVID-19 without notification, and that nude scenes were filmed without a SAG-compliant nudity rider in place, violating union regulations. Additionally, Lively claims there was no intimacy coordinator present during intimate scenes involving Baldoni, and that monitors were used to view closed-set scenes without her permission.
The complaint also accuses Baldoni of hiring a crisis management team to orchestrate a smear campaign against Lively.
Following the complaint, several Hollywood figures have voiced their support for Lively, and Baldoni has reportedly been dropped by his agency. Wayfarer Studios has agreed to implement an intimacy coordinator for future productions and not retaliate against Lively. A January 4th meeting established a new code of conduct for the set to ensure a safer working environment. The full extent of the investigation and potential consequences remain to be seen.
