**New Delhi, December 26, 2024** – The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is set to release the results for the November 2024 Chartered Accountant (CA) final examinations later today. Students who took the exams between November 3rd and 13th can access their results after 4 PM on the official ICAI websites: icai.org and icai.nic.in.
Candidates will need their six-digit roll number and registration number to access their individual scorecards. The passing criteria requires a minimum of 40 percent in each paper and 50 percent overall in each group. Along with the results, ICAI will also publish the merit list, including the names and scores of the toppers.
While the official release time is yet to be confirmed, the ICAI has indicated a late evening announcement. The November 2023 exam saw 8,650 candidates qualify. This year’s results are highly anticipated following the May 2024 results, where Shivam Mishra secured first place with 83.33 percent, Varsha Arora achieved second place, and Kiran Manral and Ghilman Saalim Ansari shared third place.
The ICAI also recently launched a new five-day Advanced Flagship Residential Programme for family enterprises, commencing January 7th. Further, the institute continues to offer various initiatives focused on improving work-life balance and well-being for chartered accountants, including certificate courses for accountants in Panchayats and Municipal Bodies. The ICAI also implemented a new education and training scheme in July 2023 for the CA course.
