A leaked email from Dhanraj Singh Khinwsar, a member of the RCA’s ad-hoc committee, has sparked a heated controversy. Khinwsar accuses convener and BJP MLA Jaydeep Bihani of making unilateral decisions, changing rules without consensus, and failing to inform committee members about player selections.
Khinwsar’s email questions the authority for team selection, questioning whether it rests with the convener or the selection committee.
